Is Endunamoo accredited to offer support CTA and ITC Classes?
No. Endunamoo is a private institution that currently offers lecture and tutorial support for candidates that are registered with UNISA for the CTA Level 1 and CTA Level 2 (including the one year CTA programme). We also offer a board course for the candidates that qualify and plan to sit for the SAICA ITC examinations. We currently do not offer support for UNISA’s BCTA modules, undergraduate modules and SAICA’s APC. The support programmes we provide do not require any accreditation from UNISA and/or SAICA.
Where is the Endunamoo campus?
Our campus is at the Bytes Conference Centre and is based in Midrand, Gauteng. All the lecture and tutorial sessions are held at this venue throughout the academic year. Kindly note that our administration office is at 71 Grove Tree, Van Heerden Street, Halfway Gardens, Midrand. We do not provide any classes at our administration office.
How do I register for any of the programmes offered by Endunamoo?
The registration for all our programmes is via the online platform (ebc.bandileweb.co.za). The registration forms are available under the “Registration” navigation tab. Detailed steps to successfully register are available online. No manual registrations are accepted.
How do I access the lecture notes, solutions to lecture examples and previous preparatory tests?
All registered candidates are granted exclusive access to the Endunamoo Student Portal upon registration. The portal contains all downloadable pdf versions of the Endunamoo course materials. Once logged into the website, a candidate will be able to see a new navigation tab called “Resources” where all the course materials are saved. In addition to the online access, candidates are provided with printed course materials (where applicable).
Candidates are reminded that all our course materials are copyrighted and therefore distribution of these materials is prohibited.
When are the lectures held?
All our programmes have a separate detailed timetable that is published online. Evening classes are generally held during the week from 18h00 to 21h30.
Saturday classes start at 08h30 and finish at 17h00 while Sunday classes start at 10h00 and finish at 17h00.
How do I get an updated timetable in the instances where it has been updated?
Endunamoo undertakes at all times to ensure that the latest updated timetable is available online. The timetable has a version number to ensure that candidates are aware if they have the latest timetable at all times. Additionally, at the beginning of each and every week, the schedule for that week is sent to all candidates via email and/or sms.
What if I am based in Gauteng and would love to attend the evening lectures but I am concerned that I do not have transport after class – can Endunamoo assist me?
Yes, definitely! Endunamoo Travels is there to assist those very candidates. Transport is available to areas within 50 kilometres from the Endunamoo Campus (Bytes). Transport is charged at a rate of R1,70 per kilometre (with a minimum charge of R20). Candidates are advised to utilise google maps to estimate the evening rate.
What if I am based outside the Gauteng area, e.g. I am based in Limpopo – can Endunamoo assist me with classes?
Yes. However, such support is on a corporate basis and will only be considered for a minimum number of 30 candidates. The support can be structured on a course basis, weekend sessions or on the most cost efficient five day accelerated programme. Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation. Alternatively, you may register for our ECC Test package and have online access to our exclusive course materials and preparatory tests along with their solutions.
Does Endunamoo have a DVD based programmes?
No. However, there are future plans in the pipeline to integrate delivery of support programmes through other technological methods. However, the majority of those plans are not in the short term.
What payment methods does Endunamoo accept?
Endunamoo accepts various payment methods, including electronic fund transfers (EFT) (preferred), cash deposits for the payment of tuition fees and, as well as PayFast®, at the Endunamoo Bookstore. We regret that we do not accept physical cash. EFT, ATM Deposits and PayFast® are at no cost to the clients and/or candidates while branch deposits attract a deposit fee of R80 and therefore candidates need to add an extra amount for each branch deposit to cover this cost.
What is the difference between a new and a returning candidate?
A new candidate is a candidate registering for the first time with Endunamoo. A returning candidate is a candidate that has previously registered for any of Endunamoo’s various programmes (e.g. ECC, ECRC, ARC, etc.)
Does Endunamoo offer any incentives for referrals?
Yes, definitely. We offer a referral fee of R250 for every successful referral (i.e. a referral that culminates into a successful registration). However, the referral award can only be claimed upon registration of the referred candidate and not at a later stage. This referral award can only be applied against the outstanding balance of the ECC2017 tuition fees.
What are the correct email addresses to use if I have registration, payment and/or course content enquiries?
We have two main email addresses that we utilise to efficiently administer candidates’ enquiries and to ensure timely responses are provided and these email addresses are email@example.com for Endunamoo Admin and firstname.lastname@example.org for Endunamoo Accounts. Endunamoo Admin handles general enquiries (such as registration, printing, course materials, student enquiries, bookstore, website, etc.) whilst Endunamoo Accounts handles all enquiries related to candidates’ accounts. We do not encourage or recommend that candidates email the lecturers directly.
ECC2017 – January 2017 Free Classes
I would like to attend the ECC2017 free classes in January 2017, how do I become part of the classes?
You will need to register online via the respective online registration form. Upon confirmation of your registration, you will be required to pay an administration fee of R500 to cover the cost of printing. This fee is non-refundable but is off-settable from the full year tuition fees should you decide to register for the full year tuition.
My ultimate objective is to register a single course with Endunamoo, is it correct that I can attend all the classes as part of the ECC2017 free classes promotion?
Yes, it is true. You will also be eligible to receive Term 1’s notes for these other courses as well. It is only from 1 February 2017 that you will be permitted to attend the classes for the course(s) that you are registered for.
I did not pay the administration fee of R500 but I would like to attend the ECC2017 free classes in January 2017, is it that possible?
Unfortunately, not. All candidates that wish to attend the free classes are required to pay the R500 administration fee. This fee is non-refundable but is off-settable from the full year tuition fees should you decide to register for the full year tuition.
I paid the R500 administration fee at the beginning of the year and this was not originally reflected on my invoice. My employer has now settled the account and my account is in credit, am I entitled to a refund of the administration fee?
Yes, you are entitled to a cash refund of the administration fee on request. The refund request needs to be sent to email@example.com to action. All refund requests are processed within 72 hours.
I registered in January 2017 and my invoice reflected a discount of 5% on the tuition fee. I paid the minimum deposit on 5 February 2017 and received an updated statement. However, my statement does not reflect the 5% discount that is reflected on my original invoice, is that an error?
No, this is not an error. Endunamoo offers a discount of 5% on the tuition amount should the minimum required deposit be paid by 31 January 2017. Therefore, if the deposit is not paid by 31 January 2017, this discount is automatically reserved and the original undiscounted tuition amount becomes applicable. This is applicable regardless of whether the tuition is being paid by the employer on behalf of the candidate.
ECC2017W – CTA Weekender
I heard that Endunamoo had a weekend programme in 2016 but I do not see any information about this in the brochure. Is that an error?
No, the information about the ECC2017W – CTA Weekender Programme has been intentionally omitted. The reason is that this is a demand-based programme which we only offer if the prospective enrolments support the commitment. In the past, quite a few candidates indicated to us that they preferred to utilise their weekends in order to catch-up on their studies, prepare for the week ahead, spend time with their families and/or for religious reasons.
When does Endunamoo confirm that the ECC2017W- CTA Weekender will be offered and when will the programme start following this
We normally confirm the launch of the programme on 1 February 2017 in order to afford an opportunity for candidates that attend the January 2017 free classes to opt for the switch to the ECC2017W – CTA Weekender should they desire to do so. The ECC2017W – CTA Weekender commences in early February 2017 after we have confirmed the number of candidates that would like to enrol for the programme.
When are the classes for the ECC2017W – CTA Weekender held?
The classes are run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in order to catch up and be aligned with the mainstream ECC2017 programme which is run during the week on Tuesdays to Thursdays.
What are the tuition fees for ECC2016W – CTA Weekender?
The fees for the ECC2017W – CTA Weekender are exactly the same as the mainstream ECC2017 programme. Although at our absolute discretion, this facilitates an efficient switch between the programmes during the academic year.
The ECC2017W – CTA Weekender looks hectic as a lot of work is covered in just a single weekend. Is registering for the ECC2017W advisable?
Yes, we acknowledge that the ECC2017W – CTA Weekender might be more demanding because of the volume of work that is covered in a single weekend. Based on our feedback, this structure however works best for candidates that stay far from our campus, that prefer to study in the mornings and evenings during the week and those candidates that normally travel outside the province during the week.
I have registered for the ECC2017 mainstream programme or ECC2016W – CTA Weekender, and circumstances require that I switch from one programme to the other, is that possible?
Yes, it is possible. However, Endunamoo reserves the absolute discretion to approve the decision after taking into consideration, amongst other things, the availability of space in either programme, administrative requirements, etc.
ARC2017 vs ECRC2017 – MAC4861/2
Does my ECC2017 tuition fee include the tuition fee for the ARC2017?
Unfortunately, not. The ARC2017 is a separate course and does not form part of the ECC2017 and/or ECRC2017 programmes. ECC2017 candidates who wish to attend the ARC2017 will be required to submit a separate registration for this course.
As an ECC2017 candidate, am I entitled to any discount on the ARC2017 tuition?
The ARC2017 tuition for external candidates is R3 000. However, candidates that are registered for ECC2017 – MAC4861/2 are granted discounts based on the lecture and preparatory tests attendance in ECC2017 – MAC4861/2 during the course of the 2017 academic year. The discounts range from R1 200 to R2 400 (please refer to page 18 for further information regarding the tuition for ARC2017). It is advisable for candidates to ensure that they sign the class registers during each class since discounts are solely based on this documentary evidence. It is also important to note that the tests and the lectures carry the same weighting for the purpose of determining the percentage of attendance during the academic year.
What is the difference between the ARC2017 – MAC4861/2 and ECRC2017 – MAC4861/2?
ARC2017 is structured to extensively benefit those candidates that require serious intervention with the Management Accounting fundamental principles and also effective examination room strategies and techniques while the ECRC2017 is designed to primarily focus on the application of effective examination room strategies and techniques. In order to ensure that the fundamental principles are addressed, ARC2017 covers the entire syllabus in detail over a four-day period, working through basic and complex examples to impart the key principles required to be successful in the course. Both courses culminate into the same examination and review sessions.
ECC2017 – Registrations, Upgrades, Downgrades and Deregistration
I just found out about Endunamoo and although it’s through the year, I would like to register and join ECC2017, is it possible?
Yes, it is possible. All candidates that join the ECC2017 between Term 1 and Term 2 shall be liable for 100% of the applicable tuition fees. However, candidates that join in Term 3 shall be liable for 75% of the tuition fees (i.e. 25% discount to the applicable tuition fees) and those candidates that join in Term 4 shall be liable for 50% of the tuition fees. All registrations for ECC2017 entitle the candidates to a complimentary attendance to the ECRC2017 at no additional cost.
I took advantage of the flexible course structure and I would like to upgrade by adding more courses to my existing package, what is the process of doing that?
You need to login to your Endunamoo candidate profile and register for the additional courses. Unfortunately, we regret that the courses already registered for would not be considered for the purpose of determining the combo discount. With regards to the tuition, kindly note that all candidates that add a course(s) between Term 1 and Term 2 shall be liable for 100% of the applicable tuition fees. However, candidates that add a course(s) in Term 3 shall be liable for 75% of the tuition fees (i.e. 25% discount to the applicable tuition fees) and those candidates that add a course(s) in Term 4 shall be liable for 50% of the tuition fees. All registrations for ECC2017 entitle the candidates to a complimentary attendance to the ECRC2017 at no additional cost.
I am not registered for the ECC2017 – Full CTA Support but would like to have access to the course materials for the other courses and write all the five preparatory tests as well as attend the test review sessions, is it possible? If so, how do I go about doing that?
Yes, it is definitely possible. In addition to your registration, you need to register for the ECC2017 Test Package for the respective course(s). Once your registration is confirmed, you will be granted access to the respective course materials. You will also get an invitation to the ECC2017 tests and review sessions accordingly and included in the list of communication relating to the tests.
Does the registration for ECC2017 Test Package entitle me to complimentary attendance to the ECRC2017?
Unfortunately, not. The ECC2017 Test Package only covers the four preparatory tests that are written during the year. A separate registration is required for ECRC2017 and this will be billed separately. However, as a courtesy, ECC2017 Test Package candidates will be entitled to a 15% discount upon registering for the ECRC2017.
I initially thought that I needed the ECC2017 Test Package but I have come to realise that I stand to significantly benefit from the main classes and therefore I am considering upgrading to the mainstream programme. Is it possible and if so, what is the process of achieving that?
Yes, it is definitely possible. You need to login to your Endunamoo profile and add the respective courses that you would like to upgrade. With regards to the tuition, kindly note that all candidates that add a course(s) between Term 1 and Term 2 shall be liable for 100% of the applicable tuition fees. However, candidates that add a course(s) in Term 3 shall be liable for 75% of the tuition (i.e. 25% discount to the applicable tuition fees) and those candidates that add a course(s) in Term 4 shall be liable for 50% of the tuition fees. All registrations for ECC2017 entitle the candidates to a complimentary attendance to the ECRC2017 at no additional cost. When you upgrade, the tuition paid towards the ECC2017 Test Package for the respective course will be credited to your account to the extent that the respective preparatory test(s) have not been presented and to the extent that it relates to the respective ECC2017 course.
By way of example and to clarify, if you are registered for the full ECC2017 Test Package and during Term 2, you wish to upgrade to the ECC2017 MAC4862 and leave the other courses as part of the ECC2017 Test Package, you will be charged the full tuition for MAC4862 which is R6 500. However, since only one preparatory test would have been presented (i.e. Preparatory Test 1), you will be credited with the tuition paid towards the remaining three preparatory tests related to the ECC2017 Test Package – MAC4862, which will be R1 125 (3 / 4 x R1 500). Therefore, the net charge for the upgrade for ECC2017 – MAC4862 will be R5 375. You will not be allowed to utilise the credit for ECC2017 Test Package – FAC4863/4, AUE4862 and TAX4862 against the tuition for ECC2017 – MAC4862.
I was an ECC2017 student and now wish to deregister for a specific course (i.e. a downgrade), am I liable to pay any penalties for the downgrade?
If you wish to downgrade, the related combo discount that was granted will be reserved and, in addition, you will be liable for a penalty equals to:
- 25% of the tuition for the deregistered course if you attended any classes and/or received notes (physical or online) in the first term;
- 50% of the tuition for the deregistered course if you attended any classes and/or received notes (physical or online) in the second term; and
- 100% of the tuition for the deregistered course if you attended any classes and/or received notes (physical or online) in the third and/or fourth term.
For instance, if you are registered for the ECC2017 Full CTA Support and in Term 1 you wish to downgrade and deregister FAC4863, you will be liable for a penalty of 25% of the tuition for that course (i.e. R1 125, being 25% x R4 500) plus the revised outstanding balance after adjusting for the reversal of the combo discount.
However, if you deregister during a term, you will still be entitled to attend all the remaining classes and write the respective preparatory test in that term. For instance, if you deregister for a course in Term 2 and there are two classes remaining before the end of the term, you shall be allowed to attend those remaining classes and write the preparatory test for that course at the end of the term.
Kindly note that it is not permissible to deregister for the highest priced course (before the consideration of the combo discount). By way of example, if a candidate is registered for FAC4863, FAC4864 and TAX4862, such a candidate shall not be allowed to deregister for FAC4863 since it is the highest priced course in their registration profile.
I was an ECC2017 student and now wish to deregister from Endunamoo altogether, am I liable to pay the balance of the fees?
Endunamoo invests the majority of the resources required to provide the tuition support at the beginning of the year and as a result we have set up the following policy: Any candidate that deregisters by 31 January 2017 will not be liable for any fees (other than the R500 administration fee). However, any candidate that deregisters during the year shall be responsible and obliged to pay the next instalment in full, e.g. ECC2017 candidate registered for Full CTA Support and wishes to deregister during Term 2 shall be liable to pay a total of R11 970 (70% x R17 100) towards their tuition account.
Is it true that Endunamoo has a Bookstore?
Yes, definitely. We are proud of this growth initiative which was inspired by our desire to provide an integrated, comprehensive, convenient and cost-efficient offering to you. Our online store may be accessed via www.tebs.co.za.
I ordered books online but during checkout I noticed that there was R95 added to the total cost of the books, is that an error?
No, all our orders are subject to an administration fee of R95. This is a small fee that helps us cover our overhead costs.
Does Endunamoo offer free deliver?
Yes, Endunamoo offers free delivery to all areas within the Gauteng Province. Unfortunately, in 2017 we will not be servicing any clients outside the Gauteng Province.
Does Endunamoo allow returns?
Yes, we allow returns in certain circumstances. Clients are allowed to return the ordered items for a replacement item if the item ordered and previously delivered item has a manufacturing defect (e.g. the book is missing pages). Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds.
I am an Endunamoo candidate and I would like to find out what is the benefit of purchasing books from your store?
The benefit is that you get a 5% discount on all your purchases. Based on the average basket of the prescribed books, this is a saving of up to R500. After taking into consideration, our already lower prices, this could generate a savings of up to R700.
I need a quotation to submit to my employer or to budget for the costs of the books, how do I get it in the fastest way possible?
All quotations are self-generated via our online bookstore (www.tebs.co.za). Prospective customers need to register a profile and complete the purchase process in order for a quotation / invoice to be generated. All orders that have not been fulfilled within 7 days will be automatically cancelled by the system and a cancellation email forwarded to the respective customer. Prices on the quotations are valid for only 7 days.
